The Advanced Program at Rangers Football Academy marks an important stage in player development, as it often represents the first structured playing experience for many children. Considered the grassroots foundation of the Academy, this program is designed to nurture a genuine love for the beautiful game while maintaining a safe, enjoyable, and motivating atmosphere.

Open to boys and girls in the 8U–17U age groups, the Advanced Program focuses on enhancing individual skills, technical ability, and overall coordination, while also introducing players to competitive football in a positive and encouraging environment. Training sessions are held three times a week, giving players the consistency and intensity required to improve their game.
